Any questions regarding the devices and maintenance services that we offer and orders should be sent to the following address.

The maintenance services provided include but are not limited to: 

• warranty and post-warranty inspections;
• training;
• assistance with the commissioning of devices;
• identification of vacuum leaks.

In case of any irregularities, please fill in the report for sending the device for servicing and attach it to the device which is the subject of the complaint.
